PermaChef USA began as La Madrileña, a family-owned operation dedicated to crafting tailored men's dress shirts using a revolutionary Permanent Starched Fabric — a proprietary technique that kept collars and cuffs crisp through repeated washing and heavy use. This commitment to durability and professionalism set the foundation for everything we've built since.
When we applied that same permanent starched fabric to nurse caps and chef toques, something clicked. Culinary professionals recognized the quality immediately. Word spread through kitchens, and PermaChef USA found its true calling: outfitting the hardworking men and women who feed America.
